What is your hotel's cancellation policy?

Enjoy peace of mind with flexible cancellations. We are offering waived cancellation fees up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Changing the date on any reservation may result in different pricing, but there is no fee for making changes. Reservations with pre-paid rates will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation.

How do I get to Pacifica Suites?

From the Santa Barbara Airport:
Head south on Fowler Road/Wm L Moffett Place
Continue onto Moffett Place
Continue onto Sandspit Road
Merge onto CA-217 East/State Route 217 East for 1.8 miles
Take the Patterson Avenue exit toward US-101 North
Turn right onto South Patterson Avenue
Turn right onto Hollister Avenue
Destination will be on the right at 5490 Hollister Avenue

From Los Angeles:
Take 101 North 91 miles
Exit Patterson
Left onto Patterson for 0.5 miles
Right onto Hollister
Destination on right at 5490 Hollister Avenue

From San Francisco:
Take 101 South 329 miles
Exit Patterson
Right onto South Patterson
Right onto Hollister
Destination on right at 5490 Hollister Avenue

What time is check-in, and what time is check-out?

Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, there are a variety of local activities to be shared with your 4-legged friends during your stay at our Santa Barbara pet-friendly hotel, including dog-friendly parks, hiking trails, and restaurants. Yes, we offer Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel. It is complimentary for all hotel guests.

We do not have a restaurant or offer room service on-site, but we're located near many great dining options.
